During my Easter holiday, I stayed in a hotel in central Kharkiv. the location was perfect, as it was only a short walk from the city center and all its attractions. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a clean room with a comfortable bed, which I highly appreciated.
My experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. the staff were often unresponsive and did not seem to care about their guests' needs.

The Staff, Food and Facilities were outstanding.
Although difficult to find a flaw during my stay, they did not reply to my request when I inquired about a pick-up services from the airport. This happened way before I even checked-in, because once I was there, and out of four hotels during my trip, this was by far the best accommodation.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was helpful and English speaking. The hotel had clean facilities and free parking in the backyard. It's located in the heart of the city, close to the downtown area and historic city center. Breakfast was amazing with a nice variety of meals.
Nothing bad to say.

I liked almost everything about this hotel.
They need to increase the internet bandwidth to ensure high speed connection and also that this connection is available in all rooms.

My Xmas at this hotel was amazing. Likes included the spacious rooms which were always kept clean. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and close to all the tourist attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, offering complementary mineral water and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
Dislikes were the occasional noise heard in the room during the busy holiday period. Another disadvantage was the Wi-Fi connectivity which was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected.

The staff spoke fluent English. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. Having the 24 hour desk was important to me since I checked in at 1am.
I asked during the time I made the reservation if the hotel could arrange transport from the train station but received no reply. As it turned out getting a taxi at the train station at 1am was not a problem.

We had a decent stay at this hotel due to its lovely location close to two metro stations with plenty of dining options around. the rooms were spacious and tidy with large windows that provided great light. the non-smoking restaurant deserves a mention, and the breakfast was excellent with an awesome range of hot and cold buffet dishes. the staff were kind and helpful, offering prompt service in attending to every request.
The selection of the American coffee was a bit subpar, which was disappointing.
